PE Geomembrane-A New Material with Excellent waterproofing for 21 Century

Geomembrane is made of High Density Polyethylene. It provides a smooth, uniform, flexible waterproofing membrane with excellent puncture, rodent and microorganism resistance.

Geomembrane can be used for pond liners, reservoirs, canal liners, aquaculture lining systems, landfills, tunneling, mining. And HDPE Geomembrane can be placed directly on the ground to prevent groundwater contamination in the event of a spill caused by the deterioration of concrete structures and steel tanks which containing potentially environmentally harmful products. HDPE Pond Lines can be used in applications such as golf courses, amusement park, etc.

Geomembrane is an easy processing product. Processing method includes extrusion seam、single welding sealing and double welding sealing etc. The product has many kinds of sizes with width ranging from 6 to 8 meters, thickness from 0.5mm to 5mm; length from 82m to 700m.

Currently, American and Western Europe have produced PE (TR400) hundreds of thousands metric tons, but no this kind of manufacturing plant in China. Last year, Shanghai Golden Phillips Co., SINO-US joint venture, produced a grade TR400 (Density is 0.937,Melt Index is 0.12,Formula is -(CH₂CH₂)_m-(CH₂CH₂(C4H9))_n-,n/m: 37~ 42‰ ) which is raw material for Geomembrane.
